Agree - Somotrichus unifasciatus.
Fortunately this species can be easily recognized from an image of its dorsal habitus. This new record extends the range of this introduced species in USA. I will alert Yves Bousquet who is revising a catalogue of North American Carabidae. Was this important specimen saved and mounted? If so, please attach label with "BugGuide image number" to make it a scientific "photo-voucher". I recommend that it be eventually deposited in an institutional collection. Nice photograph!
