Moved from Hypnoidus squalidus.

My original identification of this never sat well with me. The vesiture wasn't right for H. squalidus. I think it is L. olympus, but have no images/specimens to compare. It matches well with the description in Stibick (1976), including the pronotum with single punctuation type and microreticulations within the interspaces.

[Other than the vesiture, it's gestalt looks like a good match for H. squalidus in the MCZ type database.]

Tim, if you can, try to compare with available mateial at the museum. In Stibick (1976) it was not recorded from Canada, but is recorded from CA, WA, and OR so it's presence in southern BC should not be surprising.
