leafhopper or treehopper? - Acanalonia bivittata

leafhopper or treehopper? - Acanalonia bivittata
Chicago, Illinois, USA
July 19, 2004
I think it's some kind of leafhopper. It's about 5mm long. I recently started with macro photography and I am new to bugs. If you can help me ID this one, it would be very appreciated. Thanks Charles

Moved

Acanalonia bivittata
Now that we know all 4 eastern Acanalonia, this must be A. bivittata.

Acanaloniid Planthoppers
We moved this to the guide under Acanaloniid Planthoppers because of the information and photos we found there
