Cyrtolobus
I'll need its size to verify it. If it is more than 6 mm long, it is probably C. muticus; if shorter than 4 mm, then C. nitidus.

Size
I didn't get an exact size, but it wasn't a tiny treehopper. I'd estimate 6-7mm.
