Acanaloniidae? I did not get a shot of it straightened out, when I went back out to check on it, a lizard was sitting in it's place:(

Acanalonia servillei
This is the largest member of the genus (9-14 mm) and has a prominent ridge across the head and thorax, which shows up well in this photo.

Again, congratulations for associating the nymph (white with bold brown patches) with the adult!

Acanalonia servillei
I had earlier identified one of these as Acanalonia latifrons, not realizing that it is the same species, just smaller individuals. You will find the image on bugguide.net/node/view/10323#7890. There are also a whole slew of photos of the distinctive nymphs, which I have now identified.
