Caenurgia chloropha
That is Caenurgia chloropha (Erebidae: Catocalinae: Euclidiini) - Hodges' #8733

Thanks for the ID. It looked similar to one that had previously been IDed as Caenurgia chloropha, but I wasn't sure-- this one lacks the triangular markings. I thought they were indicative- but I guess it can still be C. chloropha without them?

 
And what about
the lighter moth in thumbnail above? Is it the same? If you click it, you'll find its unanswered ID request. Again, thanks for your time and insight.

 
Caenurgia chloropha
is a very variable species. Actualy it is rather complex of sibling species, but considered as a single species yet. The pale one below is the same.
