Tree Cricket? - Oecanthus fultoni - female

Tree Cricket? - Oecanthus fultoni - Female
Big Bear Lake, San Bernadino County, California, USA
September 11, 2011

Moved
Moved from Narrow-winged Tree Cricket. I should have left this in Snowy Tree Cricket afterall. The black dots on the base of the antennae indicate O. fultoni. (O. niveus would have a ' J ' shaped black marking at the base.)

Moved
Moved from Snowy Tree Cricket.

Moved
Moved from ID Request. This appears to be O. niveus, based on the large amount of reddish orange on the head.

Could you try to get a closer view of the base of the antennae? The markings should be visible since this female tree cricket has her antennae positioned back.
