Caterpillar - Junonia coenia

Caterpillar - Junonia coenia
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, USA
June 14, 2006
Size: 3cm

We would say
Junonia - Buckeye. The only caterpillars images in the guide, here, are of J.coenia. We're not sure how many different Junonia live in your area and how one might tell their caterpillars apart.

...
Probably the only two are the Mangrove and the Common Buckeye. This would not be a Mangrove, as there are no mangroves for miles.
