Margined Leatherwing
Looks like Chauliognathus marginatus, the Margined Leatherwing.

Nice shot!
Please check the date on your submission form before moving to the guide, though - this currently shows December 31, 1969, which I think means the date you entered wasn't in the right format to be recognized (this seems to be the default date).
