Nice Agrilus, if it was black
Nice Agrilus, if it was black I would say Agrilus obsolettoguttatus. But clearly it is not black. the pattern is close but I can't put a name on this one. Just hope its a male and I can compare the genetalia with the key I have.

I adjusted the picture, because I used a little too much flash when I took the picture.

 
I just read over the descript
I just read over the description of A.obsoletoguttatus and it says the elytra are brassy black to dark olivaceous brown. Of the specimens I've collected and seen (alot), they were all black. It fits the description, so it could be Agrilus obsoletoguttatus Gory.
