Spider? - Oecobius

Spider? - Oecobius
Midlothian, Chesterfield County, Virginia, USA
September 18, 2011
Size: various aprox 3 mm
What is this and how do I get rid of them??? I keep finding them in my house. Generally around windows and all around the corners of the walls surrounding the windows. They are really freaking me out. They appear often. I know I vacuum them up at least once a week. But once they are there, they don't appear to move. I see them as small as a dot to as big as 3mm. By that size, I can see them and I vacuum them up. Please help!

Moved from ID Request.

It's a wall spider.
They're harmless, beneficial predators. More info here.
