Another possibility
Maybe Cydia latiferreana, especially if the bands are metallic.

Your Possibility is Better, But
I like your suggestion better than my first guess. The Dorsal view does have that metallic look for the bands (taken with flash) although the lateral view does not (taken without flash). However the bands are white (or much lighter) and not like any of the many specimans in BugGuide. If this speciman is not
Cydia latiferreana
, it is a first cousin. There does seem to be a wide range of coloration in the bands in BugGuide.
