Looks like one of Wagner's
Schizura concinna, p.311 of Caterpillars of Eastern North America(1). Red head and hump, and wavy yellow and white pinstriping are the characteristics he lists - and yours is even in the same defensive pose as his photo. For another color variation, and comments, see
