Small irridescent moth - Paralobesia

Small irridescent moth - Paralobesia
Nashua, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA
June 12, 2006
Size: head - wingtips 5.6 mm
Came to UV lights on warm, somewhat humid night. The feature that caught my attention is completely invisible in this flash photo -- a pronounced, almost opalescent irridescence overlaying this intricate color pattern.

These few moth images I've just posted were taken without the benefit of my 1.5x closeup lens because I lost the ring-flash adaptor ring that threads into the end of it. I've ordered another, so will soon be able to capture these nighttime visitors in a little greater detail.

2721 – Paralobesia piceana?

I may have found one in Maine. It's pretty beat up.

Olethreutinae. Thanks
for subfamily ID.

So be it!
Moved from Moths.

Tortricid?
Just went through all the images on MPG with no luck but I'm pretty sure this is a Tortricid.
