Colladonus clitellarius
There are several species of Colladonus with a yellow spot on the wings like this. C. eburatus has it large and nearly triangular (or shield-shaped), C. collaris has it long and narrow, while the very rare C. furculatus has a smaller spot that does not reach the tip of the thorax between the wing bases.
