Size: about an inch...
Taken at dusk in a field where milkweed bugs and beetles are common...but this specimen is unique to all others I've come across

This looks...
...to me like a specimen which has recently molted, hence the "wet" or "transparent" look to it. I'd be curious to hear what the experts say.
