It is Trypoxylon, a sphecid wasp.

Yes, Organ Pipe Mud Dauber.
At that size, it can only be the organ pipe mud dauber, Trypoxylon politum, and probably a female.

The adults like the nectar, but they hunt spiders for their offspring.. very fascinating insects...
