Ochlerotatus canadensis canadensis.
How do you get here?
well, hindtarsomeres scaled white on apical and basal portions (at least some), wings dark scaled, no lyre-shaped markings (and not on West Coast), scutum without dark median stripe, scutum with golden brown scales. Easy!
That photo puts mine to shame.

 
Yes!!! I got one that can be ID'd
and not only to species, but subspecies. Thanks Sean, I guess I'll start looking before I swat them.
I got lucky to get this on a leaf. They make great backgrounds.
