Probably Melanoplus madeleineae. M. borealis is not present on this locality, where M. madeleineae is known to be endemic.

Could it be safe to identify this one as spp madeleineae as borealis and madeleineae is not known to cohabit on same territory and madelineae is endemic to this region ?

Looks like a female Melanoplus borealis,
which is very similar to M. femurrubrum.
