Araneus gemmoides - Cat-Faced Spider
It's most likely Araneus gemmoides - the Cat-Faced Spider, though Araneus gemma can sometimes look similar. They are both harmless and beneficial orbweavers. You can see the Cat-faced spider info page here.

The other look-alike is Araneus illaudatus, and I guess it has been found in OR before. A view of the 'belly' or underside of the spider could tell us if it's A. illaudatus or not. Also a close-up of the epigyne will usually tell us what species it is ... as long as the image is clear and we can get an expert to look at it.
