Size: 25-30mm?
Not the best angle for details, but wondering if it may be either of two genera listed in the title...found at 11:30 am in shrubby margin of graminoid-dominated open wetland by slow stream; spruce and pine woods bordering wetland. Pictured on Spiraea tomentosa. Thanks for any help.
