I found this on top of my car. It was so small I couldn't even tell it was a mantis until I looked at the photos. I've checked images of the 20 or so N American mantids with no match. I've browsed images of some foreign mantids that are kept as pets also without a match. I'm stumped.

Not a Mantis
But a Mantisfly, neuropteran in the family Mantispidae.

Leptomantispa pulchella seems quite similar.
