Flower Longhorn - Strangalia acuminata
Harms Woods Forest Preserve, Glenview, Cook County, Illinois, USA

Size: ~12mm
We found this Lepturinae resting in the sun on a Cicuta maculata leaf. Because of the solid black head and pronothum, we're thinking this is Strangalia acuminata. Does the long thin extended abdomen indicate a male?
