Is this a weevil pupa? - Hypera

I'm pretty sure there's a weevil in there ready to emerge. Any idea as to what kind would construct this sort of loose "cocoon"?

I don´t see the weevil to become clearly - but guess, you did. So I´ll move the pic to genus page.

Similar to the casing on this pupa but note this pupa is almost black as opposed to the light color on Ophraella.
