Bee In Prickly Pear Cactus Flower

Bee In Prickly Pear Cactus Flower
Lory State Park, near Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, USA
A very energetic pollinator - pollen flying everywhere!

likely Lithurgus (Lithurgopsis)
and not a leaf-cutter

Leafcutter Bee.
This is a wonderful shot:-) She appears to be a female leafcutter bee in the family Megachilidae, collecting pollen in the scopa on the underside of her abdomen. She is obviously overburdened:-) I am not sure what genus she is in.
