Size: < quarter
It is white.
Scurried away the first time I got close with the camera. Then stayed still.
Outside - 45 degress give or take.
On top of plastic recycle bin about 4:30 PM

Moved from ID Request. We might be able to get this to genus based on range at some point.

Note about Hobo Spiders....
Hobo Spiders (Tegenaria agrestis) has not once been proven by science to be dangerously venomous to humans. There is no need to fear these spiders.

Running Crab Spider in the Philodromidae
