Size: < quarter
It is white.
Scurried away the first time I got close with the camera. Then stayed still.
Outside - 45 degress give or take.
On top of plastic recycle bin about 4:30 PM

Note about Hobo Spiders....
Hobo Spiders (Tegenaria agrestis) has not once been proven by science to be dangerously venomous to humans. There is no need to fear these spiders.
