Ground Beetle - Neandra brunnea

Ground Beetle - Neandra brunnea
Lakeland, Polk County, Florida, USA
June 22, 2006
Size: 21 mm
Is this a carabidae? The eyes amd mandibles looked like a prionus but mesothorax doesn't have the tiny burrs or spikes.

Moved
Moved from Neandra.

Cerambycid
Species Parandra b. brunnea. Id'ed with (1).

Thanks
This one looked like a longhorn, but the antennnae weren't long so I thought maybe a ground beetle, odd color for a ground beetle however. Thanks so much for your ID.
