This is a female Halloween Pe
This is also a Halloween Pennant, it just looks different... but it still has completely colored wings under the pattern. This is a fairly dull female.

Both images are of C. eponina
Faded pennant looks very different, more like Amanda's. We unlinked the images since we try to reserve the LINK function for multiple images of the same individual and the question you pose certainly implies these are images of two different individuals.
