Found this stink or shield bug on a daisy. can't see to figure out the species. Haven't seen one like this before.

Stink bug
Yes, it is a stink bug, family Pentatomidae. Those sharp spines on its shoulders suggest it is probably a Podisus sp. Maybe I can get David Rider, an expert on this group, to go through all our Pentatomids and help us out:-) Oh, Podisus are predatory, by the way.
