Wasp from ¿Neuroterus perminimus? gall - female

Wasp from ¿Neuroterus perminimus? gall - Female
Mt. Holyoke Range, South Hadley, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA
Size: 0.7 mm
Emerged from a tiny blister gall on a Quercus alba leaf, collected 4/18/2011; found dead in the bag on 7/7/11, when I finally got around to photographing these two, which I had noticed on 6/6/11. The three galls are in a line along the midrib.
