Petite
This definitely looks like a male Petite Emerald to me...wings longer than abdomen, not much of a club, right cerci shape, etc.

Basketail?
I ran into a specimen nearly identical to this from Ohio, it was a Common Basketail, young one. However I am not fammiliar with Maines odonates so might not be.
