. I did a little bit of research, and this specimen matches very well with Ashmead's description of C. rubiclavus, including pale body and head, tip of abdominal horn black, and tip of abdomen blackish. Type locality was Jacksonville, Florida.

Calliscelio (female)…
Fits the features of this genus including the frons, an anterior dorsal horn on T1 in females, and 6-segmented antennal clava. I'm not seeing the dorsal spine-like projections on the propodeum that are characteristics of Probaryconus, nor the vertical metascutellar plate present in Calotelea.
