Platygastrid - Telenomus - female

Platygastrid - Telenomus - Female
Butter Hill Wildlife Sanctuary, Pelham, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA
August 2, 2011

Moved
Moved from "Parasitica" (parasitic Apocrita).

Thanks. If my lens was set to 2x (and I'm pretty sure it was), 1.5 mm is right.

Telenomus…
The ciliated wings, clavate antennae, pubescent eyes, and an oval and depressed abdomen suggest this group. A female. Assumes the size to be about 1.5mm in length.

See reference here.
