Non-typical Eastern Forktail coloration? - Ischnura verticalis - male

Non-typical Eastern Forktail coloration? - Ischnura verticalis - Male
Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, USA
June 5, 2011
Is this a newly emerged male Eastern Forktail? I don't see any photos that resemble this coloration, but markings look good. I read in Paulson's guide that the male achieves mature color in one day. Unfortunately the focus on the abdomen isn't very good.

Yes, newly emerged - teneral
So it hasn't blued-up yet!
