Lightly banded legs - Tegenaria domestica - male

Lightly banded legs - Tegenaria domestica - Male
Black Diamond, Alberta, Canada
December 22, 2011
Size: About 8 mm.
This spider was in a jar with a bit of vine for four days and had a small funnel built before I received it.
"Merry Christmas, I caught this huge black spider for you, it was runnuig across the bathroom floor."
Record breaking warm weather alowed me to give him two black flies.

23 April. Released, not a barn, hopefully one on the layers under my back step will serve his needs.
Same size and colour as Jan.
