An old beetle - Octinodes - male

An old beetle - Octinodes - Male
Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego County, California, USA
June 21, 1973
Size: Body Length 14mm
One of my earliest collected beetles - from Coastal Southern California;
I am not at all sure what kind of beetle this is - my thanks for any further ID help.

Thanks Blaine!

Octinodes
I believe this is Octinodes, based on the 11-segmented antennae. Can verify later when I am around my references.
