I found this on Cassia in my garden. I think it's probably Cloudless Sulphur but would appreciate a second opinion - it has more blue than I see on the images here (see below). About 1.5".

Phoebis sennae or Cloudless Sulphur
These larvae may be differentiated from Phoebis philea (Orange Barred Sulphur) or Eurema nicippe (Sleepy Orange) larvae by the lateral yellow line and the blue areas just above that.

Georgia Lepidoptera
And note the wildly different color morphs!
I can't say I've exhaustively eliminated all related butterflies, but it certainly looks like it to me.
