Priocnemis...
perhaps P. scitula but tough to tell without specimen in hand.

 
Correction...
it is obvious in the dorsal view that the pronotum is too short for Priocnemis and the spine on the distal end of the front tibia is visible from this photo. I got lazy on this one.
