Pterostichus praetermissus (Chaudoir, 1868)
is suggested by the diagnostic bead & groove seen along lateral portion of pronotal base. This is a sibling of
P. commutablis
and recently resurrected by Bousquet & Webster (2004). Brad, does specimen examination verify my image observation? If not, then back to
P. commutablis
.
