Ant 13 - Pheidole - Female

Size: ~ 4.5 mm
Taken in yellow pan trap, between 5.VI.2011 and 16.VI.2011.

Guessing that it was a Pheidole, I searched thru some images on AntWeb and it matches fairly well with P. flavens.
