Tiny Wasp - female

Tiny Wasp - Female
Selah, Yakima County, Washington, USA
February 1, 2012
Size: 4mm

Possibility
Bathythix seems a possiblity based on the shape of the body and especially the petiole.

Moved
Unable to see enough of forewing venation, but the petiole clearly indicates Ichneumonidae.

Moved from ID Request.
