Longlegged fly - Condylostylus sipho - Male

I've been trying to figure out whether this could be Amblypsilopus scintillans, Condylostylus caudatus group, or Condylostylus sipho group. I'm not familiar enough with fly anatomy to make sense of all the descriptions on the guide pages. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Condylostylus sipho group
This fly also has wing bands. It may be Condylostylus sipho. Do you have a closer view of a mid leg (tibia and basitarsus), preferably two from different angles?
