Longlegged fly - Condylostylus - female

Longlegged fly - Condylostylus - Female
Kokomo, Howard County, Indiana, USA
July 16, 2011
I've been trying to figure out whether this could be Amblypsilopus scintillans, Condylostylus caudatus group, or Condylostylus sipho group. I'm not familiar enough with fly anatomy to make sense of all the descriptions on the guide pages. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Moved from Sciapodinae.

Condylostylus sipho group
This fly has wing bands. Amblypsilopus has clear wings or, in some tropical species, a large dark area.

Thank you!
I didn't see the wing bands at first because they're much more faint than in other individuals I've seen. Thank you so much for your help!
