Stonefly (Capnia?)

Stonefly (Capnia?)
Sitka County, Alaska, USA
February 8, 2012
It seemed like a fairly small stonefly relative to others I've seen, I think maybe about 1cm or so. Starting from a species list for the area where I found this, I searched on-line for pictures of the species that were said to emerge fairly early. The best fit seems to be Capnia. Three species are included on the list - C. nana, C. excavate, and C. melia. I found pictures of each here: http://www.boldsystems.org/views/taxbrowser.php?taxid=150223 though I'm not sure what I should be looking for to confirm (or reject) any particular species.

Moved from Stoneflies.

Definitely a capniid. I would need to see the naughty bits to take it farther, though.
