Melandryid - Rushia longula

Melandryid - Rushia longula
Nashua, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA
February 26, 2006
Size: 8 - 8.5 mm
I got some better images of this species that has turned out to be a frequent visitor to my UV lights. Because they resemble the much-shunned (because they're difficult to ID) brown cl*ick beetles that are also frequent UV light visitors, I think they often get passed over by collectors intent on cherry-picking the arrivals at their lights.
