Beetle on Monarda maybe Sand chafer? - Strigoderma arbicola

This kind of looks like a Japanese beetle but not the right color, so I think it is the Sand chafer - Strigoderma arbicola. Would appreciate ID? Thanks.

Strigoderma, sure --must be arbicola indeed
