One of five cogeners on your UNH list. Thanks, Don.
I notice the humeral markings are narrower and more sloping backward toward the elytral suture on this beetle than on my various images of M. bi*notata. Another difference appears to be a lesser extent of long setae on the head and pronotum of this beetle although that could well be from wear.
