I don't think this is Chaetopsis. More likely Tephritidae. If it's Chaetopsis can you explain your ID?

If you don't consider yourself an expert,
then I would strongly suggest that you resist the urge to post at the species level. Indicate in the remarks section what you think your bug might be, but leave the image at the order level or in ID request until your ID is confirmed or corrected. Images that are misplaced in the Guide will eventually be seen and moved to the proper page, but this could take months or even years, and they will be misleading to other site visitors in the meantime.
