Looks like the anterior tuber
Looks like the anterior tubercles(?) on the chelicerae are just sticking out here from behind the pedipalpae

Yes, just barely. I'm going to remove that left palp (or push it out of the way, maybe that would be better) and take another picture later today from this same angle, to give a better view.
