Possible asperata
Thanks John. I'm virtually certain this is Mecaphesa asperata. The color pattern is consistent but not sufficient from my confirmed specimens, but I've not yet encountered another Mecaphesa with such a proportionately large epigynum. We can put it in the species group we have called "possible asperata" until you get a closeup of the epigynum. I'll be posting a closeup of an M. asperata epigynum soon, for a live spider. Amazing how they let me turn it over and they just stay there.
